It makes the heart beat faster and pump more blood to through your system which carries nutrients and oxygen to every cell. Any activity gets your heart rate about 50 - 70%. Your heart can be classified as cardio. Cardiovascular health related to your heart and blood vessels. Cardiovascular health can only be resolved with lifestyle. Cardiovascular health can also relate to a strong and dependent blood supply. Some major cardiovascular disease are: stoke, heart failure, coronary heart disease, and peripheral vascular disease. You can always prevent this by doing cardio. If you are out of shape you should begin to do cardio for 10-20 minutes every week. It would increase your heart rate constantly.
It is important to work our your heart because there is lower risks of heart disease. Exercising helps you strength your body weight and increase the risks of heart disease. It also becomes more efficient to pump blood throughout your whole body, this means your blood pushes more blood every heart beat. It allows it to beat slower and keep your blood pressure under control. Physical activity also allows it the blood to flow better in the small blood vessels around your important part of the body, the heart. Your heart health improves within just 30 minutes of exercise everyday. Along with lowering your heart disease are: improving your mood, improving your balance, helps you sleep better, keeps your weight down, it also lowers your risk of some types of cancer.
Some exercises you can do to work out the heart is cardio or aerobic exercises. These two are the ones that benefit the heart the most. Some examples would be walking, jogging, jump roping, skating, aerobic and cardio classes. These strengthen your heart and lungs. The way I can help is by is by at least doing 20-30 minutes of exercise everyday, or I can take some cardio classes or do them on my own. some ways I can live healthier is by watching what I am eating, as in stop eating junk food, fast foods and things that make me gain more weight. I can also do one hour of exercise or at least start with 30 minutes of exercise to decrease some risks of any heart disease. Some things I am going to do to make sure my heart gets a work out is to at least go swimming or go jogging or run. This will help me improve a lot.
